Art in a variety of media by Rogers State University students will be exhibited from Nov. 3 through Dec. 1 at RSU’s Foundations Gallery.
The Annual Fall RSU Student Art Exhibition, which is free and open to the public, will feature a wide variety of work by current RSU students.
The exhibition will feature photography, drawings, paintings, sculpture, ceramics, computer graphics, print and mixed media pieces created by RSU students during their fall art classes.
An opening reception for the exhibition will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, in the gallery, located in Baird Hall on the RSU campus in Claremore. During the reception, officers of the RSU Student Art Association will discuss the advantages in being involved in the organization.
RSU offers two-year associate’s degrees in art with options in art history, general art and graphics, and a four-year bachelor’s degree in liberal arts (also available online). The degrees are offered by RSU’s Department of Communications and Fine Arts in its School of Liberal Arts.
