Marisa Littlefield has been named office manager at Rogers State University in Bartlesville.
As office manager, Littlefield will be responsible for all operations of the expanded enrollment management center at the new RSU campus in downtown Bartlesville.
“Marisa has the knowledge, qualifications and experience necessary to operate an enrollment management center that will efficiently assist students with the application and enrollment process,” said RSU President Dr. Joe Wiley.
The enrollment management center will open this fall on the first floor of the new RSU campus, located in the former Reda Building at Fourth Street and Dewey Avenue. The center will be a convenient, “one-stop” location for students to apply for admission and financial aid, receive academic advising, enroll in classes and pay tuition and fees. Littlefield will oversee several staff members at the enrollment center.
She has relocated to Bartlesville and will begin her duties immediately at the current RSU campus location at 4001 E. Adams Road.
Littlefield has worked at RSU in Claremore since 2000, most recently serving as assistant to the vice president for academic affairs. In that role, she was responsible for maintaining budgets, drafting reports, and preparing data for grants and other initiatives. She also regularly interacted with students and faculty on a variety of issues.
She received a bachelor of science in social science with an emphasis in psychology and sociology with a minor in business administration from RSU in 2005. While a student at RSU, she was a member of the Psychology Club and Rodeo Club, and served as an ACT test proctor and supervisor. She also completed volunteer work at the Rogers County Community Service Center. .
