Dr. MaryRose Lamb Hart has been named assistant professor of business at Rogers State University.
Her appointment was approved recently by the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, the governing board for RSU. She will join the faculty of the RSU School of Business and Technology this fall.
Dr. Hart has an academic background in business management, the study of ethics, organizational communication and health care administration.
She most recently served as the business ethics analyst at EthicsDoc, a company that she founded in St. Louis, where she presented seminars in organizational ethics, evaluated organizational communications programs and provided consulting on compensation packages.
She has served on the faculties of McKendree College in Lebanon, Ill., St. Louis University, Texas Woman’s University and Houston Baptist University, where she taught classes in management, marketing, communications, human resources and health care administration. She also served as coordinator of the internship program at St. Louis University. In addition, she was senior compensation analyst at Oakland University and Michigan State University.
She achieved the rank of captain in the U.S. Air Force, where she managed intelligence units, presented intelligence seminars and edited intelligence manuals for the Department of Defense. She received doctoral and master’s degrees in business administration from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oakland University.
