The RSU Music Program will hold its Spring Concert at 7 p.m. tonight in the Will Rogers Auditorium on the Claremore campus.
The show will feature performances from the RSU Choir and the RSU Jazz Ensemble. The RSU Choir will perform works ranging from 20th century American composters through 1980s musical theater. The choir is under the direction of Ginger Meyer.
The RSU Jazz Ensemble will be performing works by American Jazz legends Thad Jones, John Coltrane and Sammy Nestico, as well as compositions through the pop music era of the 1970s. The Jazz Ensemble is under the direction of Walter Kelly.
The concert is free and open to the public.
