One of the Rogers State University Foundation’s most impactful events – the RSU Claremore Scholarships and More Fundraising Breakfast – returns this spring with an even wider breadth of purpose.
Slated for Thursday, March 27, at 8 a.m. in the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center Ballroom on the Claremore campus, the rebranded RSU Claremore Scholarships and More Fundraising Breakfast is an event to benefit both scholarships for students attending RSU and the STEM@RSU Campaign for the university’s new Center for Science and Technology.
Cost to attend the breakfast is free, but donations are accepted, and sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels: President’s Circle (Presenting Sponsor) – $5,000; Hillcat Hero – $2,500; College Hill – $1,500; Red and Blue – $700; and Breakfast Event Program Advertiser – $250.
The RSU Foundation welcomes individuals, businesses and groups small or large to show their support for RSU students through becoming event sponsors or advertisers.
Proceeds from this event go to scholarships for students attending Rogers State University in Claremore, Pryor and Bartlesville, as well as the ongoing STEM@RSU project. The STEM@RSU Campaign seeks to raise the final $4 million in private support needed to construct and equip the new Center for Science and Technology, which will transform RSU into a leader in STEM education and serve as a regional catalyst for workforce and economic development.
The $30 million facility will serve as home to some of RSU’s fastest growing and in-demand programs, such as chemical engineering, cybersecurity, environmental conservation, and pre-medicine programs. The CST also will support courses in nursing and allied health.
The deadline for sponsorship is Friday, March 14. Contributions are tax deductible.
