The Rogers State University Foundation has announced that is it selling a limited number of Rustic Cuff bracelets to benefit its Unrestricted Scholarship Program.
The bracelets are $22 for a bronze single-color, $22 for a turquoise single-color, and $32 for a custom two-color turquoise and bronze and may be purchased with cash, check or credit card. All proceeds from the bracelet sales will go toward providing unrestricted scholarships to deserving RSU students. Director of Development Tonni Harrald said there has been a positive response to the bracelets.
“We have almost sold out of the 350 bracelets in the first week,” Harrald said. “We are thrilled with the outpouring of support, and because of high demand, we are now accepting pre-orders for our second offering of the bracelets.”
The Rustic Cuff bracelet sale is a part of Saddle Up for Scholarships, the RSU Foundation’s annual scholarship auction and dinner fundraiser. Attendees wearing the custom two-color turquoise and bronze bracelet at the event will be entered into a special drawing for a prize.
Saddle Up for Scholarships is scheduled for 6 p.m. on April 29 at the Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs in Claremore. Tickets are $50 per person with sponsorships starting at $500.
