Incoming freshmen and transfer students interested in attending Rogers State University this fall have the opportunity to enroll and have their questions answered during a special summer Enrollment Day on Thursday, July 10.
The free event will be held in the Centennial Center on the RSU campus in Claremore.
The event will allow new students to meet one-on-one with advisors, enroll in classes for the upcoming fall semester, and talk with financial aid counselors. Fall classes begin Aug. 11.
Two sessions are scheduled, one at 9 a.m. and one at 1 p.m. Parents are welcome to accompany their students to the event.
“This is one-stop-shopping for incoming students and they will be able to complete enrollment at one convenient time and location,” said Joy Lin Hall, RSU Director of Admissions.
RSU, along with several other Oklahoma regional universities, has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report for having among the nation’s top 10 lowest in-state tuition rates. Financial aid for RSU students is still available, with more than 80% of RSU students receiving some form of financial aid during the past year.
Enrollment Day participants must be admitted to RSU prior to the event. Enrollment Day is free, but registration is required.
