RA stands for Resident Assistant. RAs are live-in students trained and dedicated to making your RSU experience the best it can be. Each RA has a specific area of the apartment community for which he/she is responsible. The RAs coordinate area and community-wide social, educational, and recreational activities. At least one RA is available to you 24 hours a day as a community resource.

As RAs, we hope to educate residents and students of their full potential as responsible adults, motivate them to accomplish their life goals, encourage them whenever life wears them down, empower them to turn their dreams into a reality. We try to accomplish all of these things and more by participating in campus events and activities, and connecting on a peer to peer basis with our residents.
