One of the most exciting parts of the college journey is living on campus and being at the center of student life. Rogers State University student housing is so much more than the cinder block rooms that many other universities provide. We offer full-time Hillcats a place to live, study, make friends, and thrive as part of our active campus community.
Whether you are joining RSU from out of state or already living in Oklahoma, there are so many benefits to living in student housing. You’ll be close to your classes and fun campus activities, but did you know students who live on campus actually enjoy a greater chance for growth and success? Living in student housing lets you experience the freedom and flexibility of living on your own while immersing yourself in life on campus surrounded by your peers.
Student Apartments
We are committed to offering student housing options and amenities that let you experience life on campus while still enjoying the luxuries you may have at home. The list of features that are included in our student apartments is long, but here are a few of the highlights:
- Furnished private rooms
- Wi-Fi and internet access in every room
- 24-hour access to computers in the Clubhouse
- Utilities included in the cost of housing
- Laundry rooms
- Food pantry
University Village A
University Village A (UVA) student apartments are designated for sophomore, junior and senior level students.
University Village B
University Village B (UVB) student apartments are designated for sophomore, junior and senior level students.
University Village C
University Village C (UVC) is designated for freshmen level students. UVC can accommodate more than 300 campus residents.

To meet the needs of our students with families, RSU is proud to offer the family apartments.
Apply for Housing
We can’t wait to have you on campus! You must complete all four steps below to be accepted for housing on the Rogers State University campus. You will be prompted to create an account in order to submit the following forms.
Note: Rooms are not secured until all four items are completed. RSU reserves the right to change room assignments as needed. If you need any of these forms in paper format you can contact the Office of Residential Life staff.
Your first step to living on campus at RSU is to complete the Housing Application. Select the application below for where you want to live.
- University Villages: Complete the University Village Application
- Family Housing: Complete the Family Housing Application
You must submit a $200 deposit to hold your housing reservation.
- Paying with a credit card? Pay online now with your credit card.
- Prefer to pay with a check? Make check payable to Rogers State University and mail to the RSU Bursar Office at 1701 W. Will Rogers Blvd., Claremore, OK 74017. Please state in the memo line ‘RSU Housing Deposit’.
- Preferred payment method for international students.
In this step you will be able to rank your unit preferences and select a meal plan. Once signed and submitted, the contract is legally binding.
Please note: Housing contracts will be available in late March following the State Regents’ approval of 2025-26 housing rates.

Oklahoma Statutes, Title 70 §3243, requires that all students who are first time enrollees in any public or private postsecondary educational institution in Oklahoma and who reside in on-campus student housing shall be vaccinated against Meningococcal disease.
Institutions of higher education must provide the student or the student’s parents or other legal representative detailed information on the risks associated with meningococcal disease and on the availability and effectiveness of any vaccine.
The statute permits the student or, if the student is a minor, the student’s parents or other legal representative, to sign a written waiver stating that the student has received and reviewed the information provided on the risks associated with meningococcal disease and on the availability and effectiveness of any vaccine, and has chosen not to be or not to have the student vaccinated.

Life on Campus: Paying Made Easy
In addition to thinking about housing and dining, another thing you should consider when preparing for life on campus is how to pay for groceries, snacks, and other services. Luckily, RSU offers several options to easily pay for these things.
Cat Cash is a spending account on your Hillcat Card and can be used to purchase items at Dining Services locations throughout campus and the copier service in the library.
Flex Dollars are included in the housing and dining contract you sign and added to your card as part of your meal plan. Flex dollars can only be used in the Hillcat Hut and Hillcat Coffee Shop by University Housing residents.
