Rogers State University’s chapter of the Alpha Chi honor society recently selected more than 40 students for membership into the organization.
Membership in Alpha Chi, which is a national academic honor society open to all academic disciplines, is limited to the top 10 percent of an institution’s juniors and seniors and is by invitation only. Alpha Chi recognizes and promotes scholarship and those elements of character that make scholarship “effective for good,” said Dr. Jim Ford, director of RSU’s Honors Program and Alpha Chi advisor.
