Alaina Sprague has had a fulfilling journey at Rogers State University. From starting in the Office of Admissions at the welcome desk in 2017, she now serves the university as registrar.
“I have really enjoyed my time here at RSU,” she said. “I have met some amazing people and made many lifelong friends. My coworkers are my favorite thing about RSU.”
Her positive experiences highlight the importance of supportive colleagues and the collaborative work environment that RSU strives for.
“I was really fortunate to always have supervisors who empowered me to find solutions to the challenges my various roles faced. It was a great learning experience for me and really made me feel like I had a meaningful impact here at RSU,” she says.
Sprague appreciates another aspect of working at RSU.
“My second favorite thing is that because our offices are smaller, all positions can be involved in solving a problem or making improvements,” she says.
This inclusive approach highlights RSU’s commitment to each individual’s contribution.
Through her dedication to the university and her service to others, Sprague demonstrates the value she places in building relationships and contributing to the university’s mission.
