Campus tours are customized to fit your interests. During your visit you will not only see our facilities, but also find out about Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, tour our Residential Life complexes, and chat with current students. If you’d like to meet with a specific department or see a certain location, make sure to leave a note while submitting the form. We will accommodate requests to the best of our ability.
Need to schedule a School or Group Tour?
Thank you for your interest in registering for a group tour at Rogers State University! Please review our details below prior to registration. We look forward to hosting your group on The Hill! Here are a few reminders:
- Group tours are limited to 60 people.
- Registration is required at least two weeks in advance.
- Individual information forms are required for each student attending and can be found within the confirmation, one-week reminder and day-before reminder emails.
Group tours are offered at 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., Monday – Friday. Some exceptions apply due to campus events and holidays.

Students should be dropped off at Markham Hall front entrance (PDF Map). Once students are dropped off, buses should proceed to the south Markham Hall parking lot.
Yes! Rogers State University has a few different options to meet your dining needs!
- Bring lunch and eat at the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center Patio
- Buy individual lunches from Chapman Dining Hall
- Catering options are available for larger groups

Yes! Groups will need to provide one chaperone, 21 years of age or older, for every 12 minors on campus. Please visit our Minors on Campus Policy before attending your tour.
- You must ensure that you follow appropriate drop-off and pick-up schedules and locations.
- At no time may you leave a minor unattended or in the care of a person who is not a supervisor.
- Generally, there should be a supervision ratio of at least one adult supervisor (21 years or older) for every 12 minors. Please ask your head supervisor for proper ratios depending on the age of the minors and the nature of the activities.
- Minor should use the buddy system for restroom breaks and should check in and out with the supervisor for restroom breaks.
On-campus group tours will have a 20-minute admissions presentation with a one-hour walking tour. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes as the tour is outdoors. The tours will include classroom buildings and facilities.
The information provided allows us to connect and communicate with students about the college admission process.
To provide the best possible campus experience for our guests, we limit the size of each tour group. Due to the student tour guide schedules and daily individual tours, we are unable to provide an adequate number of tour guides for groups larger than 60.

- Timely Arrival: Arriving on time is vital to ensure your full visit experience.If you are running late, please contact our office immediately so we can adjust your visit itinerary.
- Cancellation Notice: If you find it necessary to cancel your visit, we appreciate that you give at least 2 days’ notice.
- Appropriate Dress: The visit will include a substantial amount of walking, and the majority of the time will be spent outside. Please check the weather report before your visit. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
