Application for Graduation (pdf) – Work with your advisor to complete the Application for Graduation form. Students should complete the top portion of the form and then sign and submit it to their advisor.
Withdrawing Form: The online form is required. Emails and phone calls are not sufficient. Complete the form on MyRSU:
- Login to MyRSU
- select Students (top menu)
- select Student Forms (left menu)
- choose “Course Withdrawal Form”
Change of Major/Minor: Speak with your academic advisor. They will fill out the form on your behalf.

- Late Withdrawal/Drop Appeal – Students who feel that they have had extraordinary personal circumstances that contributed to their academic difficulties may petition for a late withdrawal or drop by completing a Late Withdrawal/Drop Appeal Form on MyRSU and it must be submitted within one year of the conclusion of the semester or term of enrollment in question.
