Associates in Elementary Education Program Features
The Associate of Arts in Elementary Education❖ degree is intended to prepare students for a career teaching pre-kindergarten through all elementary school grade levels. The program is designed to provide the student with the first two years of general requirements to transfer to a four-year program.
Under the Cameron University-Rogers State University collaborative education degree program, students who want a degree in elementary education can transition into Cameron’s portion of the program, completing all requirements for a bachelor’s degree from Cameron in two years on the RSU campus in Claremore. Students should meet with the program coordinator for advisement.

Rogers State really helped me build my leadership skills with instituting a new student organization called Oklahoma Aspiring Educators Association. I was able to reach out to so many new people and help them learn about and how to join OAEA. We now have 25 members in this organization of future teachers who also are able to grow as leaders at Rogers State!
