RSU Bartlesville to Host Feb. 20 Scholarship Fundraising Breakfast

Rogers State University will host its annual Scholarship Fundraising Breakfast supporting Bartlesville area students at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 20 at the Bartlesville Community Center, 300 S.E.
