Children learning at the Drone Design Build and Fly camp.

Rogers State University Department of Technology and Justice Studies held an action-packed adventure during their Faculty and Staff Appreciation STEM Camp.

More than 20 family and friends of RSU – adults, as well as learners from ages 6-18 – attended the one-day Drone Design, Build and Fly Camp, held Wednesday, June 19, in Herrington Hall on RSU’s Claremore campus.

Campers learned about 3D printing, 3D modeling and soldering. RSU family and friends also earned their FAA Trust Certificate, learned drone flight skills on RSU’s obstacle course and even got to keep the drones they built.
