Rogers State University Public Television recently announced the addition of “The History Project” to its line-up starting Wednesday at 8 p.m.
The History Project will draw on the best history films from around the world and will feature a broad range of eras and events, as well as breadth of locations. The series will cover many topics including the Lost Kingdom of Tibet and the colossal maritime battle of Lepanto, to the building of the German Atlantic line of defense during World War II.
RSU Public TV will air 10 episodes of the show this fall with a new one airing at 8 p.m. each Wednesday.
The station is based on RSU’s Claremore campus and reaches 1.2 million people within a 75-mile radius of the campus and is Oklahoma’s only full-powered television station operated by a public university.
