The Rogers State University Foundation, Inc., will conduct its annual business meeting at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the Ballroom of the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center.
All donors to the Foundation are invited to attend the meeting.
“The annual meeting provides the Foundation’s board of directors the opportunity to share with its donors its performance in terms of development and stewardship of resources, its relationship to the University, and its goals for the future,” said Foundation Chairman Roger Mosier, President and Chief Executive Officer of RCB Bank.
The annual meeting will include information on investment performance, external audit, and specifics on its mission to support RSU.
Also at the meeting, the membership will approve the slate of new directors and board officers as presented by the nominating committee.
