Claremore, OK – Rogers State University Athletics Director Wren Baker has announced Eddie Jackson as the new Assistant Athletics Director for the Hillcats.
Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics, administration and officiating to Rogers State.

As we went through the applications, there was no question that he was the most qualified. He is well respected around the state and I am proud to have him as a part of the Hillcat family”
Jackson served on the football coaching staff at Northeastern State University from 1983 –1988 while earning a Master of Science in College Teaching and Personnel Services from NSU.
He later worked in administration for NSU from 1988-2000. Jackson has worked as a NCAA Division I basketball official for the Big 12, Big 10 and Conference USA among others. He currently serves as the Commissioner and Supervisor of Women and Men Officials for the Bi-State Athletic Conference.
Jackson was recognized by the Outstanding Young Men of America in 1985 and again by the National OYMA in 1996. He was awarded the National Federation Outstanding Men’s Basketball Official in Oklahoma for 1990 and elected Coordinator of Northeast Area for College and Career Programs in 1996.
Eddie will be responsible for helping insure NAIA compliance, helping with external fundraising and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the athletic department.
