The Office of the Bursar functions as the central billing and collection office for Rogers State University by providing statements of tuition, fees, room and board and other charges incurred by students. The Bursar Office also processes and disburses all federal and campus-based funds to students’ bursar accounts and refunds any overpayments on students’ bursar accounts.
