Rogers State University offers a variety of dining and food service options to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff as well as any visitors to our beautiful campus.

The Chapman Dining Hall is a popular venue for students, faculty, staff and visitors to enjoy meals and informally interact. In addition to food services, the building includes a basement/storm shelter that can provide protection for all campus residents during inclement weather. A natural gas generator provides electrical service to the building during power outages in order to maintain uninterrupted service to students.
Students were involved in the design of the 17,300-square-foot, two-story facility, which features an open dining space that can serve up to 1,000 students per meal. The building is named to honor the H.A. and Mary K. Chapman Charitable Trust, which provided the lead gift for the building's construction.
Enjoy Starbucks coffee products or freshly squeezed fruit juices at the Hilltop Coffee Shop located in the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center. Table seating and study areas are available including multiple electrical outlets with USB charging stations for phones and other personal electronic devices. Cash, credit card, flex dollars and Cat Cash are accepted.
The Hillcat Hut Café is located in the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center and serves:
- specials of the day
- made-to-order deli sandwiches and wraps
- fresh cooked personal pizzas
- a traditional hot grill line
- quick and simple “grab and go” specialties
