Rogers State University graphic design students recently went on a trip to Dallas, Texas, where they visited multiple agencies related to their field of study.
The group’s first stop was at TRG, an advertising agency, where Senior Recruiter Andrew Mason discussed the history of the agency and gave the group a tour of the facility, followed by a Q&A session with Associate Creative Director Sam Langford. While at TRG, the students also spent time with outgoing CEO Glenn Dady and incoming CEO Pete Lempert.
Dady is a will-respected creative with decades of industry experience, having worked on several recognizable national brands.
Following their time at TRG, the group’s next stop was at Clampitt Paper Company, where they enjoyed a visit with Max LaRoach of the company’s Creative Center, who provided a mini version of the Clampitt Paper School, allowing the students to learn more about the Clampitt creative process.
The group also made a stop at the flagship store of Half Price Books.
