RSU ‘Women In Non-Traditional Careers' Career Fair Tuesday

Rogers State University will host a “Women In Non-Traditional Careers” career fair on Tuesday, April 24, in an effort to help women learn about professional opportunities.

The career fair will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the atrium of the Health Sciences Building on the RSU Claremore campus.

“Women may not realize the number of careers available to them and this fair is one way we can educate women about the numerous opportunities they will have after earning a college degree,” said Kellie A. Schulze, RSU director of career services.

Women working in many fields including law, engineering, communications, banking and medicine will be available to talk to attendees and share their insights into nontraditional careers for women.

Refreshments will be provided and attendees can qualify for door prizes and drawings.

This program is part of a series of educational programs titled, “What Are You Worth?” The programs were made possible by a grant from the American Association of University Women.
