RSU To Hold Student Art Exhibition

Art in a variety of media by Rogers State University students will be exhibited from Oct. 25 through Dec. 9 at RSU's Foundations Gallery.

The exhibition, titled "In Progress: RSU Student Art," will feature a wide variety of work by current RSU students. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

The exhibition will feature photography, drawings, paintings, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed media pieces created by RSU students during their fall art classes.

A closing opening reception for the exhibition will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9, in the gallery, located in RSU's Baird Hall on the RSU campus in Claremore.

RSU offers two-year associate's degrees in art with options in art history, general art and graphics, and a four-year bachelor's degree in liberal arts (also available online). The degrees are offered by RSU's Department of Communications and Fine Arts in its School of Liberal Arts.
