RSU To Hold Student Art Exhibition

Art in a variety of media by Rogers State University students will be exhibited April 17-25 at RSU's Foundations Gallery.

The Student Art Show, which is free and open to the public, will feature a wide variety of work by RSU students.

A public opening reception for the exhibition and awards presentation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, in the gallery.

RSU art students competed for scholarships in the juried competition.

The exhibition will feature the best photography, drawings, paintings, sculpture, ceramics, graphic arts, and mixed media pieces created by RSU students during the past school year.

Foundations Gallery is located in RSU's Baird Hall.

RSU offers two-year associate's degrees in art with options in art history and graphics, and a four-year bachelor's degree in liberal arts (also available online). The degrees are offered by RSU's Department of Communication and Fine Arts in its School of Liberal Arts.
