RSU Names Assistant Professor of Psychology
Rosemary A. Schultz, who has researched and been published in the study of leadership and planning, has been named assistant professor of psychology at Rogers State University.
Schultz's appointment was approved by the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents during their May meeting.
Schultz's research interests include leadership, planning and problem solving skills, individual and group performance, team effectiveness, self-regulation, motivation, expertise and training, and levels of analyses.
Her research experience includes analysis assessments of organizational programs and initiatives, employee characteristics, and organizational structure and culture for the Federal Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City. She also completed research at the University of Oklahoma in planning and decision making, including cognitive planning at the individualand group levels.
She has been published in the Review of General Psychology, Psychiatric Services, and is about to be published in the Annual Review of Research in Mutli-Level Issues.
Schultz received a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology, a master's in experimental psychology and bachelor's degrees in physicsand mathematics, all from OU.
