      • Student of Cherokee Heritage
      • Living in Rogers County
      • Student must provide a CDIB Card (white card) and a Cherokee Nation Citizenship Card (blue card). Student must join RCCA for the duration of the scholarship and volunteer 20 hours per semester to the association. Recipient must attend an RCCA meeting to be recognized.
