Computer Support Technician
Rogers State University is accepting applications for a Computer Support Technician to work in the Academic Computing Services department. The Computer Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting microcomputer hardware and software. This position will also be responsible for network and phone cable installation. The Computer Support Technician will install, configure, and troubleshoot our phone and voice-mail system.
Exceptional customer service skills are required. The qualified applicant will have experience using, installing, and troubleshooting computer applications. The applicant should also be able to provide hardware technical support.
