Directions
Seating
- Graduates will walk in together during the processional and will sit in the floor seating.
- Faculty marshals will guide graduates to the correct row.
- No chairs should be left empty.
- Family and friends will be seated in the side seating.
- Floor seating will be available for guests with special needs, contact Joy Lin Husted at (918) 343-6803 to make accommodations.
Parking
- Graduates and guests should park in the main parking lot at the Expo Center.
- Overflow parking is located on the campus of Rogers State University, with a complimentary shuttle to and from the Expo.
Guests
- There is no limit on the number of guests each graduate may bring to commencement.
- However, due to limited seating, if a large group would like to sit together, it is advisable for the entire group to arrive at the Expo Center early to secure their seats.
