Linda is the founder of Bit by Bit and has been involved in the education of individuals with special needs for the past thirty years. Linda has been a classroom teacher and special services director with area public schools. Linda began the Bit by Bit program at Rogers State in 1998. The program’s first location was in the Ranch and Horse Management building on the main campus before relocating to the present site. Linda has a master’s degree in special education and an extensive equine background. Linda is married to Brad; they have four sons and four great daughter-in-laws and are the proud grandparents of 13 grandchildren.
Stephanie grew up in Tennessee competing in three-day eventing as a member of her local Pony Club. At the University of Tennessee-Martin she studied natural resources management and rode hunt seat for the Skyhawks on the NCAA equestrian team. Stephanie has been working at Bit by Bit for two years and recently became a Registered Instructor with PATH International.
