A.A. Secondary Education

The Associate in Arts in Secondary Education is intended to prepare students for a career in teaching grades seven through twelve.

Secondary school majors may specialize in:

• English-Language Arts
• Science
• Mathematics
• Business
• Social Science
• Fine Arts

The program is designed to provide the student with the first two years of general requirements to transfer to a four-year program.

Students should meet with the program coordinator for advisement.
