The Bachelor of Science in Game Development is an interdisciplinary degree blending skills in art, computer science, mathematics, physics, and writing.

These skills will provide graduateswith the opportunity to pursue a career in the area of Computer Game Development including possible careers in game development for entertainment, training, and education.

Graduates will also possess skills that will enable them to pursue other career paths such as multimedia artistry and animation, computer programming, and software engineering.

Students choosing the Bachelor of Science in Game Development degree are required to take 42 hours of general education, 70 hours of program requirements, and 12 hours of selected electives to total 124 semester hours for the degree.

Additional entrance requirements of a 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) high school GPA and a composite score of 25 on the ACT.
